Terms of Service

The deal

PersonaLab runs synthetic-persona audits against the AI endpoint you connect, and optionally sends regression alerts to a Telegram chat. You pay $29/month per endpoint (or $79/month Pro for multi-endpoint). The first audit is free.

Your responsibilities

• You have the right to upload the customer source data you provide.
• You own the AI endpoint you connect, or you have authorization to test it.
• You don't use PersonaLab to attack endpoints you don't own.
• You don't resell PersonaLab results as your own service.

Our responsibilities

• Encrypt your source data and auth headers at rest.
• Send alerts only when regressions are detected — silence is the contract.
• Delete your data on request.
• Tell you if we ever change subprocessors or pricing — 30 days notice.

Limits

PersonaLab is provided as-is. Persona-driven evaluation is a probabilistic signal — the judge LLM can be wrong, and a regression alert is information, not legal advice. Don't use PersonaLab as the only QA mechanism in safety-critical domains.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from Settings. Refunds prorated. We stop running audits the day your subscription ends.
